We’ve helped small and large businesses from all over grow and maintain their fleet and our goal is to ensure business owners like you can succeed. While we’re known for our customer service, that customer service is now recognized by International Trucks as we’re now a Prestige Certified dealership.

The Presitage Standards Program is a certification that’s designed to award dealerships like ours that can provide an elevated customer experience. Only the best of the best dealerships can become Prestige Certified and we’re happy to announce that we’re one of them. Visit one of our many locations today to experience International Prestige towing and recovery service, Prestige Certifed maintenance, and more!

How To Become Prestige Certified

Not every International dealership can officially provide International Prestige towing and recovery or Prestige Certified maintenance. In fact, there’s a rigorous certification process the dealer must endure before they can become Prestige Certified for the year.

Whether you’re looking for a service center you can trust or outstanding customer service, you can count on our Prestige Certified dealerships at Rechtien International Trucks. Here’s what the Prestige Certification process entails:

1. Submit Requests

The team at International Motors works with various dealers across their network to create a set of customer-focus standards that each dealership will be graded upon. Once those standards are set, dealers will then be able to submit their requirements via the proprietary Prestige Standards app.

2. Review Process

Once submissions are completed, International Motors will review each submission with a team of subject matter experts that can approve or deny each submission.

3. Yearly Certification

While a dealership can be Prestige Certified for one year, they must resubmit every year to ensure the standards of the Prestige Certifications are held to a high standard. Each year, the committee will review the submission to determine if a dealership is still Prestige Certified.

What Are the 8 Categories of the Prestige Standards?

To be able to offer International Prestige towing and recovery services, the dealership must meet the rigorous standards set forth by the committee in eight different categories. Here at Rechtien International Trucks, we’ve met those categories to ensure we can provide a seamless and enjoyable experience at any of our dealership locations. Let’s take a look at the eight categories a dealership is scored on to become Prestige Certified:

  • Facilities
  • Service
  • New truck sales
  • Used truck sales
  • IC Bus
  • Marketing
  • Parts
  • Idealease
