International LT Design Updates
Recent updates to International LT design improve efficiency and aerodynamics, as well as provide a selection of new driving modes. This is the first major design update to the International LT since its debut.

International LT Semi-Truck Efficiency
The new S13 integrated powertrain balances sustainability with profitability. This powertrain is lighter and more efficient than older models. The pairing of the engine and transmission will provide a 15% gain in fuel efficiency to LT drivers in the South Florida area. In these days of higher transportation costs, that increase in fuel efficiency translates into major savings for your fleet.
New International LT Driving Modes
Performance benefits in the new International LT design also include selectable drive modes. This allows drivers to choose modes to increase performance or fuel economy. The modes can also be combined to improve performance and fuel use in the South Florida area. An additional creep feature makes for smoother take-offs in stop-and-go traffic.
International LT Design Update Aerodynamic Performance
The updated International LT has a new look with an aerodynamic package that increases curb appeal. These appearance updates improve airflow around the semi for better performance around South Florida. These updates include:
- Modifications to the lower skirt trim and wheel wells to restrict air movement around the wheels and better airflow under the body of the truck
- DEF and fuel fill closeouts provide smoother airflow in the chassis skirt region
- Airflow is improved between the tractor and trailer thanks to a roof extender
